As the year draws to a close, we would like to thank everyone that has made the Tapscott Homes business thrive this year. As we navigate our way through changing times, we have seen supply chain issues and cost of materials take other builders out, which has been extremely sad to see. We have seen the cost of living putting pressure on the construction industry as a collective, yet we feel really blessed to be adding another year to our operations. We have now been running for over 30 years and this is one of the many reasons that discerning buyers choose to build with us.
This year we have been lucky enough to have built many of our standard plans and been stoked to have worked with clients to create their own custom homes. Our builds have spanned across Northern Rivers and Tweed, the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and as far north as the Fraser Coast. We have also taken on some exciting ‘Rooming House’ projects which has become quite popular with investor builders over the past 12 months. We will be closing over the Christmas and New Year period to recharge the batteries and to enjoy some much-needed quality time with our friends and family. Rest assured though we will be back in 2025, ready to do it all again!
